Exchange Policy
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, and we hope you enjoy it. If you wish to exchange your order, the process is simple and seamless.

• Free exchanges are offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (parcel opening video is mandatory)
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and original tags intact
  
• Size exchanges are available with a ₹149 exchange fee per order
  
• Only one exchange request per order is permitted

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (parcel opening video is mandatory)
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags intact
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or if the customer does not like the product
• Returns are not accepted on sale items
• Returns are not accepted for minor color or texture variations due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of the product

• Refunds are processed after return inspection and approval
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take up to 10 working days

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted as the order may already be under processing
